VNET has worked alongside Lambeth Teaching School to support the development of a number of Specialist Leaders of Education (SLE) who can now be deployed from the Lionwood Teaching School in Norwich into VNET Network schools.

Dhinasha BalachandreSLE
Specialisms: developing continuous provisions to maximise learning opportunities, engaging boys in mark making EYFS observations, assessments and documentation of evidence, supporting transitions from Nursery to Reception – KS1, data analysis; planning for next steps and using data to inform planning and continuous provisions.
Michelle ClevelandSLE
Specialisms: Key stage 1 assessment, phonics, behaviour management and the mentoring and development of Student Teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers.
