Writing the school’s SEF/SIDP can be a confusing and daunting job for any headteacher, yet they are vital documents in today’s schools.
Priorities? Outcomes? Targets? Milestones? Cost? Monitored by? Evaluated by ……?
VNET is pleased to offer you a school improvement workshop, with a focus on planning and evaluation processes, on Tuesday 11th June 2019, 08.30 am – 12.30 pm, South Green Park, Mattishall, NR20 3JY. Refreshments will be available from 08.00 am.
In this session we will:
- Provide delegates with an opportunity to reflect on their own SEF/SIDP
- Discuss how to ensure the priorities in the SIDP are closely aligned to the evidence in the SEF
- Provide delegates with an opportunity to consider a range of formats
- Look at practical ways of implementing the SIDP effectively.
Audience: new/inexperienced headteachers writing their first SEF/SIDP, headteachers wanting to take a fresh look at writing a SEF/SIDP, headteachers of schools needing to show rapid and focused change.
The cost per delegate, including refreshments, is £85 + VAT.
